Dosage and Administration
Cataract surgery
Instill one drop of Difsom ophthalmic solution into the affected eye four times daily, beginning 24 hours after cataract surgery and continuing throughout the first two weeks of the postoperative period.
Corneal refractive surgery
Instill one or two drops of Difsom ophthalmic solution into the operative eye within one hour before corneal refractive surgery. Within 15 minutes after surgery, instill one or two drops into the operative eye, then continue treatment four times daily for up to three days.

- A 5 mL sterile ophthalmic solution supplied in a plastic dropper bottle.
Storage Conditions
- Store below 30°C.
- Protect from heat and sunlight.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
- Use within four weeks of first opening the bottle.
